Ozgur Karamese, who was born in Ordu province; He completed his primary, secondary and high school education in Ordu with high success. In 1995, he passed the University Exam and was entitled to enter Hacettepe University Faculty of Medicine. During his 7-year education, including 1 year of preparation, he had the opportunity to gain lessons and experience from Turkey's legendary teachers and successfully graduated in 2002. After graduation, he completed his first compulsory service as a general practitioner at a health center in Karaman Ermenek Tepebası village, and then worked as a general practitioner at Ordu Kabaduüz health center for a total of 3 years, serving the valuable people of the deprived regions of his country. He passed the Medical Specialization Exam with high grades and entered the Department of Ear, Nose and Throat and Head and Neck Surgery at Ankara Ataturk Training and Research Hospital in 2005. During his 5.5 years of education and working life here, he received training from very valuable teachers, performed surgeries together and performed surgeries under their supervision. Meanwhile, abroad in Germany, within the scope of the European Union project, Prof., one of Germany's most famous lecturers in the field of Advanced ENT Training and Advanced Endoscopic Sinus Surgery. He performed surgeries at Prof. Dr. Wolfgang Draf's clinic for 3 months and participated in training and patient treatments. He performed surgeries with the valuable teacher and performed surgeries under his supervision, mainly in rhinology and facial plastic surgery. He completed his specialist training in 2010 and completed his 2nd compulsory service at Ordu Gölköy State Hospital, which is also his birthplace, in one of the forgotten towns of Anatolia. ENT surgeries were performed by him for the first time in the hospital. Not content with this, he performed many rhinoplasty surgeries in the Black Sea region, which is a problematic place regarding rhinoplasty. It has attracted demand from surrounding provinces and abroad, making this remote town the center of attraction for rhinoplasty.
Due to the intense demands after the compulsory service, he also served as the manager-chief physician of the hospital and served as manager-chief physician and surgeon for 1.5 years. Dr. Ozgur Karamese, who performed surgeries at Ordu State Hospital for a short time, was appointed to Istanbul Haydarpasa Training and Research Hospital in 2014 by internal appointment. During his 8.5 years of work here, he participated in resident training, gave surgical training to many residents, and made presentations at national and international congresses and meetings. Afterwards, he participated in assistant clinical and surgical training and gave training at Istanbul Training and Research Hospital for 1.5 years. In 2023, he was appointed as a lecturer to the Department of Otorhinolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery at Ordu University Faculty of Medicine and then resigned and left the state. He performed facial and nose aesthetic surgeries mostly on foreign patients in a company engaged in health tourism. Later, he opened his own workplace and still accepts patients at his workplace.He performs his surgeries in Class A hospitals and continues his education activities at a private university. He has many national and international publications, declarations and posters throughout his education and working life. He has attended many trainings and courses and has also worked as a trainer.
